This was my first project at Publicis One Touch Emerging Markets, based in Dubai. It was a complex project in which we had teams working on it in five different countries (UAE, Poland, Hungary, Brazil, and South Africa), all within a tight timeline and with a wide variety of assets across different stages of the funnel. Our challenge was to launch NIVEA’s first-ever skincare range tailored for ethnic skin, addressing their unique skin needs, while continuing to strengthen their skincare expertise. This campaign was launched across multiple countries and regions around the world, each with its own political and cultural background and particularities. This diversity required us to develop a tailor-made process for some of them. The results of this campaign have had a significant impact on NIVEA’s business.
